PA6-CF
(Nylon 6 - Carbon Fibre)

LEARN MORE PA6-CF is a carbon fibre reinforced PA6 (Nylon 6) filament. The carbon fibre reinforcement provides exceptional tensile strength and rigidity, making it ideal for applications where structural integrity is critical in dry environments while maintaining exceptional heat resistance and impact resistance. PA6-CF is particularly effective for high-load applications, such as automotive parts, industrial components, and sporting goods where high strength and stiffness are paramount. Reasons why you should choose PA6-CF? When you need maximum strength and rigidity for structural applications. You are looking for a cost-effective solution for high-performance parts. Weight reduction is a priority. Thermal stability is a concern. Properties: Superior Strength and Stiffness Toughness & Vibration Resistance Exceptional Thermal Resistance Resistance to high temps (186°)

PA12-GF15
(Nylon 12 - Glass filled)

LEARN MORE PA12 + GF15 is a derivative of Nylon PA12. It was created by reinforcing it with glass fiber (GF), which constitutes 15% of the product. This made it possible to significantly increase the durability, stiffness, and thermal and chemical resistance compared to pure Nylon. PA12 + GF15 has a stiffness of 3.6 GPa and a temperature resistance of up to 170°C. PA12 has lower moisture absorption compared to PA6. If you need a material that will stay dimensionally stable and not warp or lose strength in humid environments or underwater, PA12-GF is often preferred. With glass fibre reinforcement, PA12 maintains excellent dimensional stability, making it suitable for precision parts and applications requiring high tolerances. Unlike Nylon, this filament offers greater flexibility, making it ideal for applications operating under variable loads and exposed to impacts. Suitable for Automotive, Industrial & Medical applications Properties: High Durability High Impact resistance Resistance to high temps (170°) High chemical resistance Resistance to material fatigue
